2Regent Build
Regent Star Battery Build
A good Regent run starts here. Once the deck gains Stars every fight and most turns, the expensive or flashy payoff cards finally become consistent.

Opening Plan
Build the first working version
Venerate is the starting baseline. Add steady Star income first, then choose the spender that the rest of the deck can support.
Draft Rule
Know when the package is real
Track income and spending separately. A large bank with no payoff and an expensive payoff with no income fail for opposite reasons.
Synergy
How the pieces connect
Venerate and Gather Light provide immediate Stars, Hidden Cache shifts a larger gain into next turn, and Genesis establishes two Stars every turn. Together they make repeated Star payoffs reliable instead of occasional.
How To Play It
Turn order that makes the package work
A rough sequence for the deck's key turn. Real runs shuffle the order, but this is how the pieces are meant to chain: set the engine, then spend into the payoff.
GenesisInstall income: +2 Stars every turn is the battery the rest of the deck draws from.
Hidden CacheFront-load next turn: 1 Star now and 3 more next turn smooths the ramp.
VenerateTop up on demand: a flat +2 Stars whenever the bank is short of a payoff.
Gather LightBank while defending: 8 Block plus 1 Star means income never costs you a safe turn.
Core Cards
The four cards that define the shell
These are engine markers, not four mandatory picks. The tier label follows the current character board; an unranked card can still be the narrow piece that completes this shell.

1Relic Signals
Relics that make the lane stronger
These relics improve the package, but they are not entry tickets. Draft a working deck first and treat the relic as a reason to lean harder into a line that already functions.

Divine Right
At the start of each combat, gain 3 Stars.
