Ironclad Build

Ironclad Exhaust Value Build

One good Exhaust outlet is enough to justify the rest. Once Dark Embrace or Feel No Pain is live, every dead starter or status card becomes fuel instead of drag.

Opening Plan

Build the first working version

Burning Pact is the safest first piece because it improves a normal deck before Dark Embrace or Feel No Pain appears.

Draft Rule

Know when the package is real

Add payoffs after the deck has a repeatable way to Exhaust cards. Fiend Fire is a finisher, not the whole engine by itself.

Synergy

How the pieces connect

Burning Pact starts the loop by Exhausting a card and drawing two. Dark Embrace adds another draw, Feel No Pain adds Block, and Fiend Fire turns a full hand into a final burst that triggers both powers repeatedly.

How To Play It

Turn order that makes the package work

A rough sequence for the deck's key turn. Real runs shuffle the order, but this is how the pieces are meant to chain: set the engine, then spend into the payoff.

Set the trigger: now every Exhaust draws you a card, so the loop pays you back.

  2. Feel No Pain card artworkFeel No Pain

Stack the second trigger: each Exhaust also gives 3 Block, keeping you alive through the churn.

  3. Burning Pact card artworkBurning Pact

Feed it: Exhaust a dead card, draw two, and fire both powers once on the way.

  4. Fiend Fire card artworkFiend Fire

Finish: Exhaust the whole hand for a huge hit while every Exhaust triggers draw and Block.

Core Cards

The four cards that define the shell

These are engine markers, not four mandatory picks. The tier label follows the current character board; an unranked card can still be the narrow piece that completes this shell.

Relic Signals

Relics that make the lane stronger

These relics improve the package, but they are not entry tickets. Draft a working deck first and treat the relic as a reason to lean harder into a line that already functions.
