Patch Window

Five releases, read in order

The smaller beta passes feed into Major Update 2, then July adds the co-op card wave and the new end-step order.

May 21

Enemy and card reworks land first

Infested Prism and Aeonglass received major fight changes. Follow Through became Scare, Fusion dropped to 1 Energy, and several class cards moved to cleaner roles.

May 28

The main branch gets a stability pass

This release concentrated on crashes, controller navigation, multiplayer consistency, event fixes, and reward-screen reliability rather than new run content.

June 4

A smaller balance and quality pass

Aeonglass lost the Ebb debuff, The Boot began supporting Osty attacks, and a short list of class cards received targeted buffs before the larger release.

June 18

Major Update 2 changes the wider game

The Bestiary, Steam Workshop support, a new random-number system, three badges, a single stronger Axebot fight, and broad card and relic reworks arrived together.

July 2

Co-op expands and turn order changes

Fifteen multiplayer cards joined the pool. Orb passives and Regen Potion healing now resolve before Doom, while each class received another focused balance pass.

Major Systems

Changes that outlive one balance cycle

Bestiary

Encountered monsters now appear with their moves and animations. The July update added a stats section and event-combat encounters.

Random-number update

Version 0.107.1 replaced the previous generator with xoshiro256** to remove visible correlations between unrelated run outcomes. Old seed assumptions should not be carried forward.

Steam Workshop

Workshop installation arrived with separate modded saves. Later fixes copy existing progress on first launch and give clearer multiplayer version-conflict messages.

End-of-turn order

Orb passives now fire before Doom. Regen Potion healing follows the same survival-friendly order, which matters when self-Doom and lethal orb damage share the end step.
